01 General Terms & Conditions

Joya9 APS (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international license. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("you" or "member") of the platform.

02 Account Registration

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you.

• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

03 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

Joya9 APS strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

KYC Verification Process

We may request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure security. The following documents may be required:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of the mobile number linked to your Mobile Pay/Nagad account
• Proof of address (if required)

Withdrawals may be held pending KYC completion. The verification process typically takes 24–48 hours.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Joya9 APS supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. In some cases, it may take up to 15 minutes.
• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and any such transactions will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Any portion of a bonus that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require a specified amount to be wagered before withdrawal (wagering requirements). For example, if the wagering requirement is 20x and the bonus is ৳500, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per account. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture.

06 Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

• Please wait for the match to begin before your bet can be accepted.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Joya9 APS. Any violation may result in account closure, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to conduct or launder illegal funds.
• Bots or Software: Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Collusion: Multiple players colluding to gain an unfair advantage at the expense of others.
• Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the game system or its algorithms.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Hacking: Any attempt to breach the platform's systems, database, or security.
• False Information: Submitting false or forged documents during registration or the KYC process.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Joya9 APS reserves the right to close or suspend any account for any reason. However, action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• Violating our Terms or engaging in any prohibited activity.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support or directly through your account settings. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

09 Responsible Gaming

12 Right to Amend Terms
